All year round, we offer you to rent this 130 m² chalet which can accommodate up to 12 people. In this warm and cozy environment, you will appreciate the panoramic view of the surroundings, but also the geographical location 300 m from the ski slopes, 500 m from all the shops, services and 200 m from the SPA O'dycéa, the baths. du Devoluy. Chalet Lagopède is the ideal base for winter sports holidays, but also in summer with family or friends.
The 4 bedrooms
The chalet has four bedrooms. In the first, you will find a 140x190 double bed, in the second, you will have a 140x190 double bed, a 140x190 BZ and a mezzanine with a 160x200 floor mattress, the third has two 90x190 single beds, and the fourth, a 160x200 double bed and a bunk bed with a 70x190 bed.
The bathrooms
In the sleeping area, you will have access to a bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, toilet and basin. You will find a bathroom with shower, basin and WC in the living area. Your chalet also includes a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Towels are provided to allow you to travel lighter.
Common areas
Your 130 m² chalet has a living room with fireplace (wood provided), television, sofa, DVD and board games, to enjoy pleasant evenings by the fireside. You will share convivial moments on a large table for 12 people. You will prepare your meals in a large American kitchen with bar and all the equipment: dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
The little extras
